WOODCUTTER AMIGURUMI PATTERN

Esteru is the typical character of Christmas in Cantabria, in the north of Spain. He is a woodcutter who lives in the deepest forests of the region and in December he goes to the towns to bring gifts to the children. The character is surrounded by some controversy since the oldest Cantabrians do not remember him as a tradition and he also closely resembles our neighbor Olentzero from Basque lands.

In any case, it has been a pleasure for me to create this 30 cm amigurumi doll made entirely with crochet. And, in case you also want to have a little piece of Christmas tradition or an amigurumi lumberjack, here is the pattern.
